Department Information Intake 60

The Computer Engineering program was started in the year 2010. Computer Engineering involves many aspects of computer design, creation of individual components for computer equipment, network design & integrating software options with the hardware that will drive applications. The labs are fully equipped with the state of the art computer systems, open source software’s, licensed software’s and modern teaching aids. Department regularly organizes a series of lectures by experts & professional of good repute, helping the students to be aware of the Global Scenario. In our institute, we nurture all aspects of life so that we are not just creating an engineer but those who holds an edge over others in technology, moral & ethics too. It will help them not only to be good techie but also a good citizen. The department is committed to foster the innovation and research attitude in the minds of the youngsters. We are bound to involve in the social and technical mission of the nation. Department have Qualified, Experienced, dynamic and young teaching faculty contributes to the dissemination of technical knowledge and solves the real-time problems along with the students.

HOD Desk

HOD Desk        Welcome to the department of Computer Engineering at Rajendra Mane Polytechnic, Ambav. The department is located in a sprawling environment with a state of art facilities and highly qualified faculty. The department works with the objective of addressing critical challenges faced by the Industry, society and the academia. Perhaps even more important is our unceasing commitment to our students, helping them to learn, grow, develop, and achieve their goals in their pursuit to excel in their professional career.
The department gives exposure to its students, to not only the regular Engineering curriculum but also to the aspirations of today’s corporate world, by inculcating a professional attitude in them. Our labs, with latest facilities and unlimited Internet facility, give our students a cutting edge in technical exploration and enhance their information search and analysis skills. The project which is an important part of their curriculum, not only gives them a chance to understand and explore their area of interest, but it will be an important aspect in their contribution to the company they would join after the Diploma in Computer Engineering. Students are encouraged to join various technical and non-technical forums, which in turn gives them horizontal exposure to Engineering concepts and technology.
I am confident that the students of the present batch would justify the credibility of the department by showing a high level of professional competence in their respective job areas.
